I had a fantastic stay at the Westin Portland Harborview for four nights. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and their dog-friendly policy made our experience even better. The rooftop lounge offered stunning views, and the restaurant had great happy hour deals. However, the walk to the waterfront restaurants was longer than I expected, and the plastic cups in the bathroom weren't ideal. Overall, it was a wonderful visit with a few minor drawbacks.
